Agreed: privacy and disclaimer

Last updated: 29 October 2026

In short: Agreed has no server and no account. It doesn't collect, sell or send anything about you or your browsing. It reads consent banners and terms on your device to write its summary card.

Who makes Agreed

Agreed is a free browser extension made by T3KDesigns. Its source code is public on GitHub.

What Agreed reads

What Agreed sends

Nothing to us, and nothing to anyone else. There is no Agreed server, no analytics, no tracking and no ads. The only network request Agreed makes is the same-website policy download described above, which goes to the website you're already on.

What Agreed stores on your device

Not legal advice

Agreed's cards are written automatically by matching common phrases in the text. They can miss things, and they can't tell you whether terms are fair, legal or right for you. "No red flags found" means Agreed didn't spot any of the problems it looks for, not that the terms are safe. For anything important, read the real terms (every card links to them) or ask someone qualified.

Agreed never clicks "Accept" or anything else for you. What you agree to is always your choice.

Children

Agreed collects no information from anyone, including children. Many websites only allow people aged 13 or older (or older in some countries) to agree to their terms. If you're a child, ask a parent or guardian before agreeing to anything.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change, and the new version will ship with the extension.
